Individual Counseling
Change is an inevitable aspect of life, but it can also be difficult to navigate. If you are experiencing a transition—such as welcoming a new baby, starting a new job, or entering a new relationship—and are struggling to adapt, I am here to assist you. Together, we can work towards achieving a sense of calm and clarity during these fluctuating times.
Maintaining relationships can be challenging without the right resources. Often, miscommunication, mistrust, and misunderstandings contribute to the struggles that lead relationships to falter. I can support you in discovering strategies to better understand and navigate each other's differences while enhancing your communication styles.
Couples Counseling
Family relationships frequently influence how individuals engage with others outside the family. When one member faces challenges, it impacts the whole family unit. I offer support to help your family achieve balance during difficult times. I believe that even if only one or two family members participate in counseling, it can lead to significant changes in the family dynamics.

This service uses proven methods adjusted to each person's situation, supporting individual healing and growth. Clients frequently notice significant mood improvements with regular sessions.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a helpful treatment for trauma and PTSD. It allows people to deal with painful memories more quickly than regular talk therapy. Sessions last from 60 to 90 minutes, and the number of sessions can range from a few to several months, depending on the issues involved. EMDR combines thoughts and physical reactions, using techniques like eye movements to process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional distress.
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented form of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. By helping clients challenge distorted thinking and develop healthier coping strategies, CBT can effectively alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. The therapy typically involves a series of sessions, often ranging from 12 to 20 weeks, depending on individual needs.
Solution-Focused
Solution-focused therapy is a goal-oriented therapeutic approach that emphasizes finding solutions in the present and exploring hope for the future rather than dwelling on past problems. This method allows clients to identify and utilize their strengths to achieve desired outcomes quickly and efficiently. One of the notable benefits of solution-focused therapy is its brevity; sessions typically range from 5 to 10 appointments, making it both time-efficient and cost-effective. Unique to our practice is our focus on enabling individuals to envision and work toward their future successes, making each session a step towards empowerment and self-efficacy.
